We are a growing group of like-minded individuals who are fans or participants in a sport or common endeavor.  We work to support one another as a larger team.

Where does our team name come from?

This is sort of a long story but to shorten it here are the main points:

• Team PRO212 has been in existence since 2008.
• The PRO part means one of two things.  You are either Pro (in favor of sports) or you are or striving to be a Pro (Professional).
• The 212 involves an extra degree of effort that makes a difference!

If you are unfamiliar with 212, here are some of the highlights:

• At 211 degrees water is hot.
• At 212 degrees it boils.
• And with boiling water, comes steam.
• And steam can power a locomotive.
• One extra degree... makes all the difference.
• And that one extra degree of effort and support separates the good from the great!
